Experience the superiority of the RoGator RG1300B on your own farm

AW Vater & Co Kadina recently conducted a series of machine demonstrations in conjunction with Croplands, giving growers across the Yorke Peninsula the chance to get behind the wheel of a new RoGator RG1300B.

The RG1300B demonstrations were held on a number of customer properties, allowing farmers to experience exactly how the RG1300B would perform on their own land. AW Vater & Co Branch Manager, Nigel Phillips was positive about the format of the recent demonstrations.

“This has been a great opportunity for our customers to gauge for themselves the outstanding benefits of the RoGator.”

The RoGator travelled to seven farms across the YP from Ardrossan to Bute. An eighth demonstration was held at the AW Vater & Co’s Saddleworth branch, which attracted six interested growers.

AW Vater & Co’s Kadina branch salesman, Michael Glasson attended all the demonstrations and spoke to a number of attendees. Demonstration goers were impressed by many of the RoGator features, which set the machine apart from other self propelled sprayers in its class.

“I received many comments on the quality of the boom stability, the quietness of the cab, ride comfort, visibility from the cab with the boom folded and unfolded just to mention a few.”

Croplands have modified the quality American machine specifically for Australian conditions, designing their own spraying systems which have improved the machine’s precision at a wide range of speeds. The Air Pro tiered boom system was formulated to automatically switch sets of nozzles via air valves at the nozzle body. This has created very accurate application rates - all based on the speed the machine is travelling. The Air Pro system can be fitted with a range of nozzles to ensure constant and reliable application in virtually any spraying scenario encountered by Australian broadacre farmers today. It is particularly useful for farmers operating in hilly terrain or contours. Air Pro design now has stainless steel boom tubes for improved, even flow back to tank and easy boom clean out. Currently this system is available with a 7 section control unit, with a new 16 section control system available later this year.
