Years of Successful Spraying with Quantum Mist
Tom Lloyd has been using the Croplands Quantum Mist Linkage Sprayers in blueberries for years with excellent results.
Tom Lloyd has worked as a contract sprayer for over eleven years in the Woolgoolga Region of NSW, for his business T & L Lloyd Spraying and Slashing. Tom and his wife Lorraine have recently decided to swap the tractor and sprayer for a caravan and take to the open roads.
Tom was the very first person to use the Quantum Mist Linkage Sprayer in blueberries. Experiencing great success with his orginal sprayer for his blueberry clients, he has since owned three Quantum Mist Linkage Sprayers and has covered more than 1 million acres with the machines over the years.
Woolgoolga is located on the mid-north coast of NSW and is known for its banana and blueberry production. Most of the terrain that Tom sprays is 30 degrees or more, making a small tractor and 500 litre linkage unit the ideal combination for spraying.
“The Quantum is the best unit for blueberries as the air is so gentle it does not blow the flower off like all the other fans on the market"
“As well as that I seem to go a lot further than everyone else when out spraying.”
Croplands wishes Tom and Lorraine all the best for their upcoming caravanning adventures.
